I Corinthians 6:12 – 7:54
A Unique Creation in the Likeness of GodSo God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. Genesis 1:27
Yet, O LORD, you are our Father. We are the clay, you are the potter; we are all the work of your hand. Isaiah 64:8
May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Thessalonians 5:23
" Whoever sheds the blood of man, by man shall his blood be shed; for in the image of God has God made man. Genesis 9:6
A Temple for WorshipJesus answered them, "Destroy this temple, and I will raise it again in three days." The Jews replied, "It has taken forty-six years to build this temple, and you are going to raise it in three days?" But the temple he had spoken of was his body.
John 2:19-21For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said: "I will live with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be my people."
2 Corinthians 6:16Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20
Our fathers worshiped on this mountain, but you Jews claim that the place where we must worship is in Jerusalem. Jesus declared, "Believe me, woman, a time is coming when you will worship the Father neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem. You Samaritans worship what you do not know; we worship what we do know, for salvation is from the Jews. Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth." John 4:20-24
Keep it clean
It is God's will that you should be sanctified: that you should avoid sexual immorality; that each of you should learn to control his own body in a way that is holy and honorable, not in passionate lust like the heathen, who do not know God;
1 Thessalonians 4:3-5
· Keep it under controlNo, I beat my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize. 1 Corinthians 9:27
· Keep it healthyIn vain you rise early and stay up late, toiling for food to eat — for he grants sleep to those he loves. Psalms 127:2

Pains of Motherhood
Genesis 29:30 – 35
(New International Version)
30 Jacob lay with Rachel also, and he loved Rachel more than Leah. And he
worked for Laban another seven years.31 When the LORD saw that Leah was not
loved, he opened her womb, but Rachel was barren. 32 Leah became pregnant
and gave birth to a son. She named him Reuben, for she said, "It is
because the LORD has seen my misery. Surely my husband will love me now." 33
She conceived again, and when she gave birth to a son she said, "Because
the LORD heard that I am not loved, he gave me this one too." So she
named him Simeon. 34 Again she conceived, and when she gave birth to a son
she said, "Now at last my husband will become attached to me, because
I have borne him three sons." So he was named Levi. 35 She conceived
again, and when she gave birth to a son she said, "This time I will
praise the LORD." So she named him Judah. Then she stopped having children.

God authors authorityYou said in your heart, "I will ascend to heaven; I will raise my throne above the stars of God; I will sit enthroned on the mount of assembly, on the utmost heights of the sacred mountain. I will ascend above the tops of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High." Isaiah 14:13-14
For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as … idolatry. 1 Samuel 15:23 King James Version
Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. Consequently, he who rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves. Romans 13:1-2What do we gain from it?
